Foodie Goodies
This was a project that I had developed for my frontend module called Web Application Development 2! This application is meant to be a platform for restaurants to post their perishable foods that have not yet been sold at the end of the day in order to reduce food wastage. To programme this website, I used a wide variety of programming languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Javascript and Vue.js.
A walkthrough of our application has been uploaded here and you can here you can see all the features that we coded into this application such as purchasing products and on an ecommerce style platform, sentiment analysis of reviews and also calculation of the carbon emissions that you have offset by preventing food wastage, displayed using easy to understand charts.
